In accordance with EU regulations the conference fee is subject to a German value-added tax of 19%.
The registration fees include participation in the respective meeting, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks, beverages inside the conference room, and the conference dinner. After registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. Standard payment is by bank transfer, credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) is available upon request.
Cancellations: A fee of EUR 200 will be charged for cancellations up to and including March 1, 2018. A 50% fee will be applied to cancellations between March 1 and March 15, 2018. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after March 15, 2018. However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time free of charge.
Technical Conference Management reserves the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice. We do not accept liability for personal injuries or liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of the delegates. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the delegates. Information on htel room reservation will be available in fall 2018.
The conference will be held in English. The Workshop on March 19 will be held in German.
The traditional conference dinner will be held on April 9, 2019.
